Are you meaning to imply that TCC5 can be used on 1GB modules? Or are you just re-stating that TCCx ICs aren't capable of 1GB modules for clarification purposes?

TCCx IC's are not of sufficient Density to be made into 1GB modules. Unless you wanted a double high, double wide module
