yup your problems are exactly what my problems are!!! ran mine for the first 2 days i had it then shut the system down sunday night and went to bed. woke up 5hrs later hit the power button and you know the rest of the story

i picked up a generic psu "allied 500watt" seems to be working just fine now?? i have to get this sytem in my phase change to see how well this psu holds up with me ocing the system? i hope it handles the load or im going to have to buy something else and pray its not on msi "dont work" list...
