AM4 bent pins on CPU

I have a 3x AM3 CPUs that were nearly destroyed about a year ago (20+ bent pins each) by a family member that broke / stole / sold a bunch of my stuff including my newer GPUs. Was using HD 5770 again all year until I bought a GTX 1060 recently.

I will have to give these methods a try, they are really bad, some pins are bent all the way over flat.
