You should pick some up. For the price, you really can't go wrong. there was a long thread over on TPU about them and only two or three people couldn't get them to 2133(my guess would be mobo limitations, as two were trying on P55 boards), and a lot of us hit 2400.
To my understanding, the 2600 CL10 kits use the same ICs as the 2400 CL9 kits, just higher binned chips and looser timings.
Also i should mention that in most cases, two dual channel kits will function as a quad channel kit as long as the two dual channel kits are of the same RAM(i.e. two dual. They won't have matched chips, but you should still be able to put a nice OC on them.
