Gutted that this run crapped out at such a late stage and with such consistent GFlops... oh well, nearly there.

True story. Last night I set up a 4512MHz run 25x180. Voltage was set at 1.35v BIOS and real was about 1.330v. It made it through 20 loops and i wasn't watching, crashed on the 21st. I decided not to save it when i noticed that a few times during the run my GFlops dropped ~1GFlop randomly. So yeah, looks like you're right, between 1.35v and 1.375v for stable 4.5ghz.
