Kenjiwing, I had my cards @ 975/1250 w/ 1.3Vgpu. This is w/ XSPC full covers. Although they did start to bug out on me so I went back to stock.
It is written by Wizzard. I would just post in this thread and let him know about your problem. You might see a fix in th next version.

It really is a great utility when everything is working properly. I was getting sick of the hassles with Afterburner myself.
