Honestly I dont see how the Q6600 @ 3.4Ghz is bottlenecking the GTX580 on Heaven 2.5 when CPU usage barely goes over 20%

If its bottlenecked I should be seeing a constant 25% cpu usage or even higher.

But on other games yeah I know my Q6600 is a bottleneck since in a lot of games I dont see the GPU pegged at 99% unlike my previous GTX285 in which almost all games pegged it at 99% usage.
