Motherboard came with water cooling heatsink already attached and that Northbridge heatsink was wrapped in the box somewhere.
I will contact the shop where i purchased the board and hopefully they can help me somehow.

Mine came with the regular air heatink installed and the water block was in the clear shell with the silent pipe. When I changed mine out to put the waterblock on, it looked like it had a dab of Ceramique under it.

It sounds like you got an "open box" or a return.
