^^ yeah, I've heard that too, but I didn't notice any different after rearranging my air-cooling that shaved 5-6'C on both SB and NB. Maybe WC can do better job, tho.
I've been tweaking signals, and using the lowest value (-31 on most of them) now, and it seams to help with some extra BCLKs. Still testing, but 19x206 seams to be in reach now.

I was posting to write this actually.
I've just downloaded the new RealTemp, and it can disable the C1E on both CPUs. Even if I disable the C-state in BIOS, all cores jump constantly up and down between x12 to x18 (which is visible in the picture below) at idle (and with w7 power at High-performance). I don't know if this is by design, or how healthy it is for cores to jump up and down like crazy. Anybody knows?
But unchecking the C1E box on ReaTemp pushes all cores on both CPUs to x19 (which is visiable as strait line in the picture below). I'm not sure which one is better, because this one adds 2-3'C to idle-temp and the power usage goes up to 95W vs 23.93W ( both according to HW-monitor).
Is this constant jump between x12 to x18 a natural behavior by design or an bug? I'm wondering if it can do some kind of harm in the long run.
