I've done builds with rads pulling in, out, shake it all about Everyone is so divided and everyone gets such different results depending on their build I figured I'd do what felt right in this case.

If we pull air through the rads into the case you get a lot of hot air in between the radiators, plus the fans will will be blowing air against each other which is less efficient and more work. The air in the case also then gets hotter in turn heating the components, tubing and to a certain degree the radiators themselves and other parts.

I don't think the air at the bottom of the case will be so hot, there isn't anything dumping hot air into that section of the case, and I can always add a 120mm quiet fan on the grill next to the PSU (probably with a filter) to provide more cool air.

But as I said, if it all goes horribly wrong I can start again
