I don't think something is right ... here is a link to my 480 at stock speeds on an i7-920 HT On / 3.285 GHz / SYNC_SORT=0

I'm coming in much faster, typically around ~675 seconds while yours is at ~1100.
The only difference I can see is that I am running Win7 64 Home Premium and you have Ultimate which should not make a difference.

Are you sure you have SYNC_SORT as the environment var with a value of 0 and have you completly stopped BOINC and restarted it? Sometimes BOINC does not stop even when you tell it to so I rebooted.
Do you have your BOINC folder excluded from any AV scanning?
