Don't think it's because of the chipset, 462 points in MaxxMem is really low.
zsamz_ might be onto something.
Could be a software problem as well though, MaxxMem is a bit buggy sometimes.

Reaching such high FSB speeds is very hard for the NB, did you try higher volts? Or the NB could be overheating, hard to tell to be honest, can be a lot of things.
