Wow that IHS is smaller then that on GTX 285 die.

Holy smokes its almoust the size of the G80 ihs.

First of all, you can't prove die size off IHS - and besides, the IHS doesn't seem as large as GT200 but let's put it closer to inspection:

GTX 280


GTX 480


So no, they're actually pretty close in IHS. Somewhere between GT200 and GT200b is my bet - ~500mm^2
