M4A785TD-M EVO htt issue

Hi,
I just got this motherboard with a x4 620 cpu. I tried to push it a little but I get a wall above 217 htt. 217 is fine, 220, 225, 230 and the pc won't post.
Mem-nb etc was set in safe values. I tried latest bios 903 with no luck. Anything over 217 is not possible.
I thought to try a previous bios but I found an other guy in asus forums with the same problem using bios 902.
Any ideas?

EDIT: problem identified and is memory related (see post 44)

new ram, well what can i say. All thats changed is ram divider at 677 and fsb upped to 250. Everything else on auto atm.

Any advise on what to change, would like to see me get 3.7 stable in prime with this chip.
