Lian Li A05NB - Nuclear Poison

This project ist sponsored by Aquatuning and Phobya

    Thank you very much!

    Hello guys

I decided to also start my Project in the xtremesyystems forum
It would be a lot work for me as an 16 year old guy to translate everything but i think the pictures are better than noting?! I hope so

When you have questions about the pictures or the project just ask me
    I will explain everything!

    I hope you enjoy it

    First sorry for my english

I will say a little bit about the project:
At the last lan party I decided to buy a much smaller case than the V2010b
    So i bought a Lian Li A05NB

    Hardware:

    EVGA X58 SLI LE
GTX300 when it will be released
    6 GB Corsair Dominator Ram

The Case will get a mirrorfinish (chrom)

    The Rise of the A05NB

The Midgard is for a friend's PC

At first I carried the case into the cellar and removed the outer hull

Next I removed the gray plastic holders for the DVD burner
I like the oldskool way with screws

Here you can see how i will mount the reservoir (Danger Den)

Now i removed the HDD cage
The most time i think they are useless
The HDD will be placed in a Watercool Silentstar with mirrorfinish

I could notive that the painting is not really scratchproofed
This makes it easier for me to remove the painting for the mirror finish

    Here the total view
    What a cute, black case

The ugly, black feets were a no go
They had to dissapear very fast
To remove them i had to push the bolts out and voilá
So the barbs were not widened any more

    I knew it
The feets I bought from fhantastic from the forumdeluxx will get there place

    Now the mounting
Because i had no plier near by me i had to stop and go to dinner
    Will be continued later

    And it goes on

At first i fetched my friend the clue remover

And that's the place of action

At first I removed the cables and with soft vielence the plastic holder
Now i sprayed clue remover on it

    Now the Power Supply
    It's a Silverstone Strider 700W Full Modular

At first i removed the hull and this was brought to light

I removed the the fan to get an overview
For this i had to remove the fan connector

    The earthing...

And so the power supply board lookes like

To not damage the power supply in any way I put it into a box

The parts where i had to remove the painting

    Now the fan
    The sticker looks terrible

    It had to die

Here I think i will drill some holes into the case for the ?"Through Hole"? Fittings

    That was it for today
At least picture from my workshop
