That's what the log file option in i7 Turbo is for. Upload the log file somewhere and I will have a look at it. Excel makes it easy to find the minimum value in a column of numbers and then you can find that minimum value in the log and have a look to see if it was a one second freak occurrence or if the multiplier spent a big percentage of time at 20.5 or whatever.
