Im on air cooling and my temps stay below 70C while stress testing.
I am only at 3.9ghz @ 1.232v load

I have tried going higher, but to pretty much get anything higher I noticed I was having to put the voltage up significantly more. So, I figure its not worth the extra heat and voltage especially...considering the small amount of gains I would get from here on out(even if it was like 200mhz extra). Its simply not worth the additional stress.
going from 2.66ghz to 3.9ghz with hardly a voltage increase is more than enough for me!! =) These things are insanely fast lol
