Toms just copied from some early guesses and mixed it with their own. I got L5520 so I know its 8MB. And there is no such thing as CPUs for workstation and others for servers with Xeons. Toms is just plain horrible. Its only a tad better than theinq and fudzilla. Also dont count on any CPU using DDR3-800
