Disable Static Read control, that should help too, maybe clock twister to Light
The Jedec specs help your system to boot with the ram and everything at auto eg my PC12800 kit has got Jedec PC10700 9-9-9-24 1.5V while they are foreseen to run at PC12800 8-8-8-24 1.9v... this is why you need to set ram voltage and timings yaself... it allows you to boot but with some combinations that's just how far it goes and manual intervention is needed...
