I believe Guacamole was the one having the vcore issues, but i have a rebooting issue when using 200 base clock. Pretty much what happens is, if i shut my system off, 19x200 3.8ghz fully stable

It is your CPU...

some Core i7 CPUs have problems with the 20 multiplier above 3,8Ghz! I saw it now on some
i7-920 and 965XE that they won´t run 20x200 but 19x211 or 190x21.

My first 920 had the same problem...

19x200 = stable
20x200 = reboot
19x211 = stable

Edit: btw Bios F4F have problems with multi GPU systems.. If you have SLI or CF then don´t use it!
