    The data came from Informal - see quote after my statement. I believe the 32C was achieved during the Crysis loop but it could very well be idle. My 3.2Ghz Phenom I idles at 29C underwater, but it has much higher current leakage than 45nm Phenom II. (my cpu vid is 1.39 compared to the Phenom II 1.5!!!)
