Yep, Australia, where we get ass-raped on a regular basis by hardware prices. Even with the way the Aussie dollar is doing, it's still a little bit cheaper to buy stuff from the US and get it shipped over. If only NewEgg shipped to down under... They'd probably put all the local e-tailers out of business

And JohnnyGURU has a review of the VX450's, and they're fairly sure that SeaSonic is the OEM for it. It's got a lot of similarities to the S12-II 430 watt, and the VX450 averages about 83% efficient through most of it's load range.
