Sad. Mine would boot up to 525 (and maybe more) but anything above ~480 is pretty unstable. Try upping NB volts. It probably can't handle 4GB at that clocks.
Oh thanks i havent noticed that it cant maybe run 4gb.. I have tried with NB @ like 1.7 V but it didnt help anything
