I set those settings in the bios and now here is what my CPU-Z looks like



Looking at my voltage is everything OK?

Also I did set SPD to ENABLED it looks like this:



I do have 4-4-4-12 ddr800 dual channel, why would SPD slow it down?
Sorry, i'm very new!

Also, What programs would you recommend to control my fans? I would like to have it software side and not bios side, i'm assuming its better because it's customizable

i forgot to mention i have a 450w power supply
and im running bios version 2801
