Ah crap, my milled aluminum heatsink does not cover that chip.
I suppose I can just put a ramsink on it. Here are the pictures of the heatsink I made. I used a manual mini mill. I still have to drill and tap the mounting holes. It cools the ram, the voltage regulators and the inductors. It looks crappy but its pretty good coming from a $300 mill that I borrowed from a friend.
