Well I tried everything other then delete my RAID -0-. But as of now I am going to try that and see if it will boot all the way if it does then great the board is working if not I will have to RMA it. I was planning on going to 4 x 1GB sticks of G Skill PC-12800 for 64 bit any ways. So I will be back to see if it lets me re-install windows x32 bit and if it does then I will order the other 2sticks of memory. I will report back.

UPDATE: I reinstalled Windows x32 with a raid -0- no problems.. I guess I lost my raid -0- or it got hung up some how? But all is well now no need to RMA the board. PM sent you saaya with a quick question..
