Then by what I'm understanding, in this motherboard, when i set an x value in bios, in the windows that value will be greater than x?
Example...if i set 2.10v to memorys, in the windows this value will rise to 2.18??? apart from vCore, because in the windows the voltage it's lower??

Yip. ASUS boards are well known for overvolting. We could really do with some software to read the voltages in Windows.
