Sorry to be some but I even noted that no one no longer bother to answer those people

VID we talk a bout is at default CPU speed, C1E and Speedstep/ESIT disabled and lowest is 1.20v

Damn. I didn´t know that. I apologize for myself and all the other ignorant people here, that have done this misstake before.
