if you "disable" the vdroop control in the bios and set the bios vcore at minus 0.02 below what you think that you need for the cpu, in whatever loading condition, it will hold the vcore at that level.

ie., i set 1.50v in the bios...in windows, it reads 1.52v for idle conditions...under load, the vcore remains at 1.52v...weird, but it works fine otherwise!
