after a long late night and morning overclock testing whilst watching 12+ episodes of star trek Original Series (i went to the shops and bought a jar of coffee)

im gonna be on this all freqing day

ive been playing about and lowered some of the Advanced Timing Control latencies ...i havent a clue what they do other than speed something up

as i keep saying im on stock cooling but im hoping i can just up the multipler and cpu volts when i get something cooler . yeer right that easy ..pthh

    ****edit
EVERY BOARD HAS ITS OWN SETTINGS ( these were not very stable i was just testing various stuff.

please do not copy these and think they will work on your board......it takes days ..weeks to get the best out of your board.

    obust Graphics Booster: Turbo
CPU Clock Ratio: 7X (stock cooling for now)
    CPU Frequency: 2.8GHz (400x7)
    CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
    CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) : 400
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) : 100
    C.I.A.2: Disabled
    Performance Enhance :Extreame
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD): (2.66D)
    Memory Frequency(Mhz): 1066
DRAM Timing Selectable (SPD) : Manual
    ******** Standard Timing Control ********
    CAS Latency Time: 5
    DRAM RAS# to CAS#: 5
    DRAM RAS# Precharge: 5
Precharge Delay (tRAS): 8 (if this is too low the mouse pointer goes all jittery in prime95)

    ******** Advanced Timing Control ********
    ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD):3 - 2
    Rank Write to READ Delay:3 - 2
    Write To Precharge Delay:6 -6
Refresh to ACT Delay:-42 -0 <<(haha does this do anything?)
    Read to Precharge Delay:-3 -2
    Static tRead Value:-8 -7
Static tRead phase Adjust: -5 -4
    Command Rate (CMD):-2 -2T

(with the above numbers i took each down until i had a problem then upped them by +2 to get away from the problem ..more stable

****** Clock Driving and Skew Control ******(?????)
    CPU/PCIEX Clock Driving Control: 800Vmm( ???)
    CPU Clock Skew Control: Normal
(G)MCH Clock Skew Control : Normal

    ******** System Voltage Optimized ********
    System Voltage Control: Manual
    X DDR2 OverVoltage Control: +0.35V
    X PCI-E OverVoltage Control: normal(????????)
    X FSB OverVoltage Control: +0.15
    X (G) MCH OverVoltage Control: +0.100
X MCH Reference Voltage Control: Normal
X DDR Reference Voltage Control: Normal
X DDR Termination Voltage Control: +50v (not sure why)
    CPU VOLTAGE Control: 1.23750
    Normal CPU Vcore: 1.23750

may the force be with us.
