I can understand that.
But they are not what macci told me for my board (hence not applicable to K10 overall) and neither how my system calculates them. It may be the way DFI boards are though but the HEX values and formula's you are using do not work at all for me. The values macci gave are the correct values for my board. I'm running the system right now, so I can try them and see which value makes which multiplier do what.
Right now I'm runnning these AM2+ P-State settings:

NB DID 1
CPU FID 06 (11x)
CPu DID 1
