Transcend 2GB aXeRam DDR2

I've heard that some of the DDR1200 kits can't even do 600MHz at the rated voltage (2.2v) on gigabyte X38. Incompatible? or just they are not binned very tight? Good D9 chips should do 600Mhz below 2.1v IMO.

+600Mhz 2.1v is possible it all depend on what hardware you have, and some "Finger KIT"
