They give you an RMA and e-mail you the forms. You need credit card information. You fax back the forms and they e-mail you back very quickly that they were received. They ship out the new board in 48 hours (business days), I pay an extra $15,99 for second day FedEx. Ground FedEx is free. You put the board in the packing material that you received with the replacement. And, it must be received back to Asus in 14 days.
