One other thing, when I have it set to 1.45v CPU in bios, CPU-Z picks it up as 1.4v... Is Cpu-Z reporting it wrong or is the board undervolting bad??

Eh? NEVER take software voltage readings as accurate. Probe with a DMM, thats the only way. I've found my DS4 to have the best tracking between BIOS and real voltages of any board iv ever had. Ever. No exaggeration.
