Of course it won't, but in his comparison you should also take into consideration the gain from overclocking a Conroe as opposed to running it at stock 2.4GHz. That would obviously give it another boost in addition to the normal xx % you get from SLI/Crossfire. It still may not end up being 100%, but my point is there's the CPU overclocking factor too.
