    But no way cl2.5-3-3-6-7-0 over 245mhz and even not with TWR2 TWTR2 TRTW2 ,3-2-3 If I go with 2-2-2 crash under 240mgh@cl2.5 .These chips can be Micron or some very lucky Infenions ,or some other brand is starting producing 1gb multichips
