Thumbs up Xtreme Overclocking of dual G.SKILL TCCD LA up to DDR720

    The DDR600 512LA Package.

    Testing Environment
    K8 939 3000+ (0.09)
    G-Skill TCCD LA 256MBX2 2.85V
    K8N Neo4 Platinum
    GeForce 6200
    TEAC 512EB
    Delta 300W

    DDR682 CL3 4-4-8 Testing Report
    Booting Screencut

Memtest 1.40, can not judge the NForce4 chipset.Maybe 1.40 edition Later
    CPU 342X9=2728Mhz,DDR682 CL3 4-4-8 1T,PASS 4 Cycle

The memory brandwishis is used 2T Command Environment.
    CPU 342X9=2728Mhz,DDR682 CL3 4-4-8 2T
If someone has any question,Please do the test by yourself. And we can compare the difference between 1T and 2T.Some Motherboard is more strong ,others are not.

In Windows XP environment. It is in the “1T” Command.

When we check this situation,we can find that it has difference 300MB/S of brandwish.

In the Windows2003 environment, it can run DDR720.Because my CPU is not veryspowerful. I slow down the CPU MULTIPULER. It is the reason of low brandwish.

    In the Force3,MSI K8N NEO2 testing report

Overclocking is not the AMD.Motherboard ,promise cpec.
    CPU&Motherboard can access 200MHZ,RAM access 300MHZ
    Like Msi_NEO2, 2/3 can pass 300MHZ.
1/3 can not pass 300 MHZ If we make the RAM of pass DDR600,it will be error situation in this Motherboard.
In this high MHZ, It must depend the CPU,MOTHERBOARD,RAM.
All of three equipment are powerful, It can pass the related testing tools.
As I know,DDR600 is the limited item in the market.

    NOTE:Next test Nvidia GeForce 6600GT AGP,coming soon

Wow is all I can say. I was just scrolling through here one last time before I pass out for the night and I had to double take at this thread. Those are some amazing clocks you have on that ram. Keep up the good work

Is LA the one where 1 in every 40 chips is binned for it?

So glad that I probably don't have processor that can handle this memory. Less place to spend money on this account at least... LOL.

and why did you get the 2-2-2 at 200mhz?
what about the 2-3-3 200mhz that goes to DDR 600? unless you got it for free...
i cant wait for pics to load but soon im getting adsl!

Not impressed with 3-4-4 timings. how high could you get at 2.5-3-3?

isn't 'LA' suppose to be 3-4-4-8 for ddr600 and 'LC' is 2.5-4-4-8 ddr600. look at the stickers on the ram. did 'LA' change binning? are they speed binned at 2.5 cas ddr600? if so then exactly what is the difference between 'LA' and 'LC' ?

    Dear kanvait
I am use the Nero2-1.41 mod edition.
General to say,The market-sale motheroard just only DDR600~DDR620.
    I tested many neo2-motherboard.They just ddr620 2.5-3-3-6.(Max-Limit).
Unless especial motherboard,It is easy ddr640 or above.
    I have a special mothernoard,It has limit in the DDR682(Pass memtest86 v1.30 all test).

thanks charlie for your and every opinion.
I will do my best for this forum,I am a crazy overclocker-user.

    This CHIP is TCCD 0440 & 0437.
It has newest process of the TCCD.
    it is very nice performance.
But I have no "OCZ-BOOTSTER".I will cry.
So I just tested in the 2.85V of vdimm.

I will wait the DFI_NF4 Motherboard.
    This is very strong.
If I receive this motherboard,I will post this test as fast as possible.

    thanks everybody

I have had over 3100 in memtest at sub 300fsb with lower latency ram and a 1gig kit...i really can't see the point of high latency ram and 939 cpu's A64 has a low latency memory controller, you really need to be running 2.5-3-3 or tighter to get the best from it...and the best way to check is Everest Write or sandra unbuffered.

This has nothing to do with OCZ...today these are my comments.

Also continual testing of 256 modules does nothing but prove the load on the memory controller really matters...IE..the lower the better

Lets see you guys run 2-2-2 at 300 or or as close as you can with the TCCD 1gig kit, then I will be impressed.

My best on the 9NDA3+, more cpu speed would give even greater bandwidth but im a ram clocker and not a cpu clocker
Got a problem with your OCZ product....?

    to bigtoe:
    Thanks for your good suggestions

Now I show my test on k8n neo2 about one month ago.
And I use G.SKILL 1GB LE to test.

    DDR590 1T CL2.5 3-3-5

I don't have much time to test this ram because I need to test the others like CPU, Motherboard, VGA Card and so on...

    What voltage for 5-3-3-2.5 @ 295 1:1?

I'm going to order some LA after Christmas, I think this really is the best TCCD product available personally.

What can I say windwithme... that is some impressive stuff.

    I could only manage 270 MHz 2.5-3-3-5 1T @ 2.85V 2x 512 MB on the Abit AV8 with Corsair TwinX1024-3200XL v1.2 (BP 815 PCB + TCCD ICs)... I think it's pretty good for a setup using a K8T800 Pro motherboard and DDR400 RAM.

Here's a screenshot... don't mind the low speed of the CPU... it was cooled by a TR XP120 with no clips attached to the socket (=>crappy cooling) so I couldn't manage higher speeds. That's why the b/w seems a bit too low. But those are 1T results. Cheers!

PS: I'm glad to be here at last!

Sucky mobo, my friend. What you need is the EPoX or the MSI.
