we all understand mate its just you need to read some pages back, its like common thing that some ppl dont read and just post on last page without looking back, this is xtremesystems its FULL of articles, posts, screens, discoverings, guides, and all comes from our experiences from our money to buy and test things and put them here so others can also learn and we also get feedback to keep on learning...its just the way u entered the thread that was bit rude, i just dont see ANY point to go to X58 cauz u just got a bad chip mem or whatever, you can also read that we all tested various chips to get what we want and this mobo its just the best thing i ever had

    regards

I read through all the pages here as i always do. And you can see where some are using elpida ics and they work fine for them. Plus i'm in here reading everyday through articles and post. So don't think i am just some new guy posting trying to get attention or flaming post.

I have both systems so going to either isn't a big deal. But if you think the 1155 isn't buggy and is 100% solid, then that is the way you feel. I still see issues with the boards and uefi settings, etc. I may not post about reviews, benchmarking and hardware. But i know what is going on with my stuff and the ram i use. I was hoping i could make the ram work until i found some ram that i would like to purchase.

The ram works fine up until 2133mhz but it does blue screen here and there. I'm sure if i took the time to adjust each setting i could cure it. But i'm running 1,866mhz and not having to worry about blue screens and crashing now. But just because i have a different opinion or don't see something the way you do. Doesn't mean i am being rude. The forum works off of people opinions, thoughts and input on stuff.

Where i come from opinions, thoughts and suggestions are always welcome. And if someone states what is on their mind then that makes them a real man. As i don't like for people to stand in the back just saying stuff and not trying to stand up for what they say. Either way, I thought i would clear that up, so everyone would know where i stand. If i say something that makes you mad or you don't like, then that is just me i'm going to say whatever i feel like i need to say about you , a item or anything else for that matter.

It is just me, so that is all i can really say. But life goes on and please continue the thread. I will post anything else i find on my issue here. Thanks

i saw many ppl use hypers, i have a kit but unfortunately i sold it, i found that after trying lots of kits winners where

    mushkin 1600 6-8-8-24 1T 2x2GB they go easy to 2250 for bench and daily 2133 C7

mushkin 2133 9-10-11-28 2x4GB they go up to 2200+ not touching a volt

    patriot xtreme 2000 9-11-9-27 2x4GB they go up to 2175 not touching a volt, actually i have 16GB of this at 2133 9-11-9-27 1T 1.65V at 5GHz HT

as i told before not a chip equal to another not even a mobo mine does 108 bclk at 108 x 52, my friend's cant go above 106 etc

maybe its good u try this cheap kit i told u and you will love them its like 82 dols for an amazing and flexible kit of 8GB u can bench or whatever with it

    http://www.ramexperts.com/ddr3/perfo...op-memory.html

    there u have them

and here its my screens using them at x56

I too have problems running Elpida Hyper with Spi32M, other than that its all fine.

Strange that this tiny bench can kill stability of those nice ICs.

Hope Asus will make the diference on P67 mine field, and bring some nice BIOS suport for all Elpida hyper ICs.

How do you get them stable? I cannot get similar Dram to run without debug fault LED's lighting up at default on my MIVE-Z. Are you using a modified "XMP" setting?

Any chance of a couple of dram timing screens or list of important settings?

    Hiya,

Wondered if anyone could help please?

I'm currently at 4.8Mhz and trying to get to 5.0Ghz...

I've tried the following (anything else not mentioned is on Auto)

    Vcore: 1.45v
    VCCIO: 1.08
    CPU PLL: 1.86
    LLC: 75 %

    @ 100 x 50

I can boot into windows 7, but as soon as I start Prime95 test, instant freeze and BSOD with 101 error code.

    Any advice please?

    Thanks

it seems that ur chip needs a bump more vcore. bsod 101 means -> increase vcore

..and pls lower ur cpu pll. 1,86 is much to much.. 1,80 is std. on my chip i can go down to 1,62 without instability.

    Hi,

Any suggestions what sort of Vcore I should try for 5Ghz and how can I find out what sort of max vcore boundaries this chip has? as I don't want to go to much.

    Thanks
