@ Jsunn
Set your Vtt to stock 1.2 then lower that MCH Ref to .68-.70 then raise your Vtt back to where you had it.
Then you will see .68-.70 in EasyTune instead of .76 which is the default %

Any updates for the EP45T UD3P Nelly ?
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved
Remark : They call me Pro AsusSaaya yupp, I agree
I have just purchased the Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3R DDR3 version to run on my QX9650 with Corsair 1800Mhz RAM.
Have been using the Asus Maximus Extreme that has been a hunk of crap with my QX so fingers crossed this Gigabyte thingy will be much better.
I will try to get some results once I get my NB water block.. (which are like Gold dust for these boards btw and had to order one all the way from Germany
I have always used ASUS mobos b4 so Im sure it will be a nice learning curve or me.
I notice alot of people using the 'easy tune' utility on this thread. Is that what most people are using to OC rather than the BIOS or is it just to show volts etc etc???
@ radaja
Oh Man this is really sick and Crass simultaneously with an air conditioning to cool

Thanks for all of the help. The problem I was having is that I dont' know what depends on what with all of the different BIOS settings. I have read through this thread a number of times but I am still a bit overwhelmed.
Thanks for the help.

Yep all the references depend on other settings and change if you change other settings.
Like Dram voltage changes all of the memory references to 1/2 of the Dram voltage if left on auto.
The Cpu ref and MCH ref depend on the VTT, so like said above if you set the ref's with VTT at stock 1.2 then change the VTT ET6 will still show them as the same(as they would be with 1.2 VTT) even though they are altered

@pangingIII ,Thanks so much about yr recommended ,I haven't not much OC RAM exprience, just wana hear some opnion, I search all around about my ram Ocing and found
no info, 550 MHZ 1:1 I can boot up but not stabil with memtest or orthos even PL 11 and auto subtimming ,I 'll try later, anyway yr step to checking RAM stabil is so great appreciate!
so far I can go 538 MHZ 1:1

you may want to first save the existing configured CMOS to a profile in BIOS or save it as file in a USB pen drive.
and try this next, change tRD value in bios on both Ch A and B setting from 8 to 7, and see if you can still booting to bios and then into Windows?
if you can, then retest for ram and overall stability again.
in the case that you like to tweak your memory timing in Windows and then take the values setting into BIOS,
here's an example of the memory timing values in Bios vs. Memset (or in Everest's Motherboard > Chipset)
as far as i can see, it's just like the owner of Memset program used to explain somewhere around these forum.
20-8 = 12
13-8 = 5
the tRTP value in BIOS is seems to always has the value with +2 in Windows.
this's the exactly memory timing values that i set in bios...
5-5-5-15 / (in the Advanced section) 5-5-12-70-5 / tRD 7 on both Ch A and B.
please also note that, you have a different hardware than mine, so you may want to disregard my voltage setting values that you see in ET6.

i don' know about other people, but for myself, i always included ET6's voltage page when i take screenshot, it's mostly for my own voltage setting records. and it might be useful to mke them visible to other.
i use ET6 (to replace SetFSB) sometimes, like when i want to get above 600fsb in Windows or when i want to see how far a ram kit can overclock, i only use ET6 for something like this.

Well, I seemed to have corrupted my registry from the multiple BSOD that I was getting trying to O/C. I had to reinstall Windows last night.
Going to try again tonight.

Have you tried booting at stock or lower OC. It's not unusual to get lost user or can't find registry messages, which thankfully go away when oc is lowered.Originally Posted by Jsunn

sorry i really don't want to sound like i know a lot, because i'm not. but don't judge your 8GB ram system overclock with Everest's score, you can't compare the read score with 2x1GB that can run a low tRFC like 25-30. may be you may want to use other tool like a SuperPi 32MB run and compare it with your previous overclock.
trust me you know quite alot,i was just frustated that i was getting 11000w/write/copy and just falling short of 10000/read(always 9950. but i tried lowering trfc to 55 and got it to 10000.

Finally started to play with this board again but can't find anything on the volts measuring points, wanna take multimeter reading to calculate the references %.
Anyone wanna share this info? Maybe older Gigabyte boards share the same spots for vcore, vmch, vdimm etc?
