wow, didnt expect an answer so fast!!

that info is good but its also bad news it will have to be a pa120.3 uptop, pa120.1 at the front and a pa120.1 at the back then! I've pretty much decided on the G70 when i get back into using cases in the new year

i got the idea (or the copy) of that layout from the case in this post http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...postcount=5829

hehe, im planning on a 120.2 in the front for my own machine im rebuilding (time to replace my PC70)

been doing it this way for years matey

Thats my case atm, but will make a 120.2 fit in the front :p might have to remake a new front panel but i'll worry about that as and when!
follow it here http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=40488 might show you a way to fit the rad in the front once I do it!

you could cut the bottom area of the 5.25 bays out, not the whole thing though, just where the rad pops through. seems to me like it would work perfect

    Aye thats the easy bit.
Once you do that the floppy bays have no way to hold the bezels in and im also concerned the front panel wouldnt allow enough airflow through for the rad.

So may be a case of either cutting the front panel to have a grill in there or make a new front plate to cover the bottom half of the front panel

perhaps cutting the front pannel to have intake holes for 2*120mm fans would be a good idea

Awesome job on the build! Paint is beautiful! I saw some of your other pics on build (thanks for posting) going to use some of your wire hiding holes, my wiring is an embarrasment next to yours.

I have the exact same case with PA120.3 at top, but my cpu temps are too high with my OC ultra in same loop, and making second loop with mcr220 for ultra (too lazy to track down the barbs again for pa120.2).

What do you guys, with more experience than me, think about putting it in the bottom? Might be a little more aesthetically challenged, but basically leave the front intake fan in place, then put the rad where the pumps are in bottom. I can fit both my ddc unmodded pumps in bottom rung of 5.25 bay, side by side. I pretty much ordered the stuff, hoping the air flow is going to be ok. Wondering about casters vs feet also for clearance.
