    AX750/850 cable replacements

    Hi corsair.
    I'm wondering who I can contact about purchasing a replacement set of AX750/850 cables.
    Preferably someone in Australia I can talk to?

    You'll need to contact someone in Customer Service at HQ to get cables.

    I did this but was told that I can't get new cables for my AX850. I asked why and never got a reply. So is it possible to get new cables for my AX850 as I've heard others have gotten?

    I contacted customer service and they clarified the AX cable situation. In the event of an RMA, we can replace defective cables when a defective cable is returned to us. However, at this time we do not have spare cables for sale.

    I got a answer from customer service a couple of hours after writing here saying the same thing. Unfortunate situation, hopefully your policy will change as the AX series have been on the market for a longer period.

    yep
    would be nice to have the option to buy a whole set
    especially for people who intend to sleeve their PSU's...
    Also this will make it possible for reputed third party vendors to offer colored pre sleeved packs for all your AX psu's..
    would really love it if i could order a set of pre sleeved cables from like performance-pc's or something

    Sorry to revive an oldish thread, but is this still the case? I've contact corsair twice for some replacement AX1200 cables and yet to have a reply..

    i guess we arent saying the right things.
    try telling corsair you lost your cables. pretty sure they're wise to us.
