MSI Afterburner Unlocking Clocks
Hello everybody a simple way to unlock more clocks to afterburner is to change the .dat file
3 programs:
Riva Tuner
Evga precision
MSI AB
All of them with the same database
I modify(a little)the already custom .dat file from shamino and the result is here:

just replace it @MsiAfterBurner folder with named msiafterburner.dat
I suggest you to keep a backup from the original dat file in case of error

yeah I know for the xtreme versions also I heard that the support more voltage@core
offtopic:can a card get burned if I apply AS5 @core/mems/mossfets(of card)
or I have to apply it only @core(I am not sure aboout mem and mossfets)

No... looks like AB 2.00 has a much bigger .dat file using a different layout

MSI Extreme 151x for 5870.
MSI Extreme 160 beta4 for 480.
MSI Extreme 160 beta6 can't remember what this fixed for the 480.

was wondering the same thing.
edit: cheers dualist but unfortunately it doesnt seem to want too work.

i've tryed all of them and these are my results, please be aware that these results only apply if your considering using the apps with a 470.
MSI Extreme 150 for pre 5870 and 480 cards. no core voltage control. + freq's incorrect
MSI Extreme 151x for 5870. no core voltage control. + freq's incorrect
MSI Extreme 160 beta4 for 480 . unable to read or change core freq's or voltage
MSI Extreme 160 beta6 can't remember what this fixed for the 480. all setting's correct, in order to change core clock raise shader clock.

With the 480's you only change core clock by adjusting the shader clock, adjust shader and check gpuz mate as they're linked

when i want more clocks in afterburner i just set it to the higest mhz on the slider save it and then close it and reopen it and now there is more clocks on the slider and it works on all the versions of afterburner

I have no problem identifying the correct core/shader clocks on 1.60b6.
Get the .dat file in this thread and replace in your installed directory.
Then open in notepad and change the bottom entry '0' to '1' in the 470 clocking section at the bottom of the file.
Will v1.60Beta6 work with the GTX 580?
Arctic Silver is not so much conductive as it is capacitive - best to use something electrically inert like MX-2 or MX-3 for mosfets
