[LL-A05NB]there's vacum cleaner in my case

hi guys , just finally get of all my courage to build LC setup for my i7 920, been in this section for a while for research(1 year) to get all of basic understanding of water cooling.
The goal of these setup would be good humble water cooling performance with acceptable noises. Actually, i dont mint about the noises but my flatmates does (megahalems ultra kaze 3000 rpm push and pull configuration for cpu and 2x 2000rpm fans for intake and out take ).

that setup actually gives me good reasonable temp @ 4ghz, but i'am trying to tone the noise down but it's give me a crap temp

this is the current air setup: (crap phone quality)

    the heatware:

    gigabyte X58A-UD3R
    corsair dominator GT 3x2 cl8
gigabyte nvidia gtx460 1gb (planning to sli it later)
    intel core i7 920 2.6 c0 stepping
    corsair ax750
and some WD black and blues (OS and games already installed)
    Crucial RealSSD c300 64gb

the coldware : (gonna order it in next two days, so feel free to suggest something)
    Mayhems Dye Deep Blue
    Sunbeam Multi-Fan Power Port
Bitspower G 1/4" Black Shiny Rotary 45 Degree
EK-Supreme HF High Flow - #1 CPU Water Block "FULL GOLD" (not really sure about this one, but ppc have this one discount, so why not )
    EK-DCP 4.0 (12V DC Water Pump)
    Koolance Nozzle Coupling Adapter, G 1/4 Male-Male
    EK-Multioption RES X2 - 100 Basic
Koolance QDC (High Flow) No-Spill Shutoff, Male [For ID: 1/2"]
Koolance QDC (High Flow) No-Spill Shutoff, Female [For ID: 1/2"]
Mayhems Dye UV Clear Blue 5ml
Bitspower G1/4" Stop Fitting with O-ring - Black Matte Finish
Koolance Radiator, 3x120mm, Copper Hort. (any performance difference with the vertical version? )
    GT 1850 rpm x3
    bitspower compression fitting
    Regal Castings silver stripes
    Distilled water
    masterkleer/ tygon tubings

criticism or recommendations or suggestion would be nice
ps: i know about the whole evilness of dyed coolants but mayhems dye is so unresistable :p (worth try haha)

    Sunbeam Multi-Fan Power Port

Are you talking the Fan controller Reobus Or the large 4pin molex to 6 x 3 pin fan ?

The fan controller would make more sense for what your trying to do ?

the "4pin molex to 6 x 3 pin fan" ones. dont really need the fan controllers, because GT already quite enough for me

i plan to mount the radiator outside the case

I believe those sunbeam ones limit voltage to the fans and if your running 1850's (there actually power hogs .84amps but under volt well) not really enough so it under-volting them ?? watch out it doesn't burn out the splitter I'm in the middle of toasting a scythe drive bay controller only rated for 2 amps I was running 3x on each channel 2 of the 4 have died.

If you need an inspiration how to install water cooling in this case, here is my thread and set of examples that I managed to find (pics, thered is not in english).

    http://forum.purepc.pl/Chlodzenie-Wo...5-t327103.html

there is also sketchup project of this case, can be handy for planning how to fit radiators.

    so... the plan is

mounting 2 360 radiator internally, watercooling SLi gtx460,NB,mofset, ram, and CPU in single loop with QDC .. considering to add another 120 rad into the loop if its well fit (wait... i think it will fit)

havent found the built that done this before, so i hope it turn out well

everything that needed is almost complete (dominator block is still on the way but that not too urgent)

still in cutting process, i hope i can finish all of it by tomorrow

    anyway here's the stuff

and comments and suggestions are welcome

Subb'd, wanna see 2x 360s internally.. should be a mission with good cable management

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

just finished bottom rad blow hole, no need to be clean because i 'm not going to use screw to secure the bottom rads

    major updates

dear EK, can you revise your shrond to be more assamble friendly , otherwise your block is awesome

    GTX 460

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    EK VGA supreme HF

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    unison

    By warwic at 2011-01-23
(tooks me more than 4 hours to replace the EK vga supreme HF into gtx460 mounting plate )

the mounting system for bottom rads.. :3
    easy peasy

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    keep fits each others

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

and the upper rads now inside the case

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    components placement ver 1

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

some of placement will change into more tubing friendly
more closer (sorry for blurry pic)

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    special fitting.
two customs F type fitting was planned for making the GTX 460 runs in parallel not serial
idea scrapped due to unavoidable back of vga card with compression fitting and i wasted 30cm tygons in the process (that things was hella expensive in nz)

the main theme on this build and previous version of this was modularity. this theme is fitting to my some kind lazy and undecisive :banana::banana: like me, with this i can change the parts if i feel like to do, so thus the problem began
tubing enroutement and qdc placing is kinda tricky problem, due to small size of the case and XBAWKS huge QDC. its really hard to measure lenght between fittings, and QDC takse to much space... but for the sake oftheme i cant let it go
    so heres the jobs
and i going to sleeve up it later... i guess :p

1 A05NB, 2 360 size radiator, 3 days work time,5 waterblocks from EK and koolance,6 fans, full QDC
    and its worth it

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

    By warwic at 2011-01-23

whoever saying that this cases have to little space to tuck in rads can see this as references

    closer look
(already bought plexi replacement top for this porject to much up the color, turns out its use different size of screw so i cant install it)

    By warwic at 2011-01-23
