Please post here benchmarks with Core 2 Duo processors and Quad ones in Windows Vista because many of us will upgrade to it and we want to know for example how the Quad acts in Vista. It works better since Vista or not?

It's hard to do game benchmarks when popular programs like Frap's don't support Vista... but from general gameplay games generally feel smoother and more responsive. FarCry 64 bit is a massive imrpovement as well .

F.E.A.R has a build in fps benchmark!

You say Far Cry 64bit got a massiv improvement as well?
So Vista runs much better than 64bit ver. far Cry in XP 64bit?

But if you cant measure it (FPS) how can you then talk abou "massiv improvement as well" -As well means other games too.

The test I have seen so far shows XP being alot faster than Vista.

No I mean over 32 bit XP FarCry... I don't have FEAR atm, I could acquire it for testing purposes, however.

nVidia 100.54 drivers were leaked today.
I have only played a few games on vista 32-bit ultimate, but so far, with the 100.54s, the performance on those games has been within a couple percentage points of WinXP.
