May have been C4, but I didnt write the info down so I forgot that one digit..
    Hynix only offers Y4 and C4, but since it's DDR533 it must be C4 (Y4 is DDR667).

First off, nice work with the list.

The above ram might be d9 but it is definately not D9GKX. Newegg claims that the ram they are selling is 4-4-4-12 but the product model number is FSX1066D2C-K1G which is 5-5-5-15. The firestix confirmed to be D9GKX are model number FSX1066D2B-K1G according to this review. http://www.virtual-hideout.net/revie...00/index.shtml

Also in regards to what you said about the corsair memory. Do you mean only the Dominator 8888 memory is D9GKX or does that incluse the Dominator 8500 also?

Good question. Looks like D9GCT to me, the -37 part suggests 266MHz (3,7ns) binned ICs.

    @r00n

I posted in corsairs IC thread about my kit of 5400C4's they do DDR2-1000 5-5-5-15. Anyway the repsonse I got was

    CM2X512-5400C4 5402V5.7 0628135-2 = Micron-ST, 64Mx8, DDR2-667, CL4, Rev D

I don't see Micron-ST on your micron page. I removed one spreader but it doesn't have the 3 letter code. Any ideas?

    It's still Rev. D so it's simply D9.

Is there anything else on the ICs? Can you post a picture?

    Those might be Nanya.
I have checked one pair of those modules and they definitely weren´t Micron.

It is easy to tell what is Micron and what isn´t if you can see the side of the IC.

Nanya on OCZ? An extremely rare combination.
On the other hand, I have no idea what it could be...

What was on the ICs you took a look at?

The product Newegg is selling is FSX800D2C-K2G when I click the aforementioned link.
    That P/N indeed has 5-5-5 @ 2.1V, so it could be D9GMH.

I have no idea where you see FSX1066D2B-K1G, but on that page it says FSX800D2B-K2G 4-4-4 @ 2.1V, which have D9GKX.
    Newegg's FSX800D2C-K2G are newer than FSX800D2B-K2G.

I never said Dominator uses D9GKX but yes, all Dominators have the same handpicked ICs.
