    Progress :

Compressor first time out of box .

    Compressor and catpressor together .

    NE2134GK vs NL11F

New vision of condensor's look .

I've bought Supco VG-64 during last few weeks .

and also bought some small sleeves for cables ...

That's result of first charge with R507 .

And that's 260W load in 5C ambient temperature , in 20C ambient it's warmer (-30C-32C from first tests)...

Rest of painting - Pipes are gloss black this time .

And small suction line holder ...

Insulation must be thin becasue of side panel ...

    :-P

    And surprise

More during next few days ...

    Regards
    Peter

    nice work!

you will be frustrated with how often you will need to clean the vg64 if you vacuum like that. i think nol used to vacuum like that and he never cleaned his and it broke

try connecting it via a "t"... only clean it with isopropyl(rubbing) alcohol... and never ever show it a "positive" pressure.

    Nice work once again!

    Impressive temps @260W (even -30°C @room temp).
I also like those glossy black tubing.

I need to get my Mach2 GT modded for this kind of loads this next year - one of my good intentions for 2009.

    hey!

so you have 2 caps yes?

take 1 of them and pour a little bit of rubbing(ispopropyl) alcohol into it.
place cap on (so both ends are capped)

gently shake it (more like rotate it around, back and forth)

open both caps (over a sink lol ) and with low pressure air blow air through it

Also if your vacuum reading is off and you have good oil... or think you should have a lower vacuum then the vg64 is showing, time to clean!

Im sorry you feel that way

I like it mucho, only thing thats weird IMO is a waste of verticle space but piotres earlier said that he has plans for the top of the case

Yea that was a really sweet idea with that light tube. The only thing I dont like about this project is that the suction line looks WAY too long. I also dont like how you cut apart all of the 5 1/2in bays except like one on the top and it looks like you could have kept like the top 4-5 bays still in there and still have room. Other than that, FANTASTIC!

GUYS PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IT IS NOT PC CASE ANYMORE ! It's only case for cooling units . Case with PC (BTW that will be exactly same Antec Twelve Hundred) will be standing next to this case. I've removed all bays (except one ) because on top part of this case will be mounted chiller - by another builder, but I've decided to make his work easier .

    Very Nice Unit Piotres !

You take great care in the packaging of your systems so they do not get damaged in shipment. Very nice to see a builder doing that

That case seems to be a bit bigger than my TJ07 which fits both a SS and Chiller very nicely. My SS suction line is pretty long, it comes out the back of the cooling case, then into the main CPU case through a hole where fans are located in the top rear of the case.

Would it be possible to show the chiller installed also and how it will be setup, insulation and all that good stuff ?

I'm sure that "next" builder or owner will show us this case with chiller also here . Sorry I don't know any details about planned chiller .

Is there a thread about your unit somewhere here?
I would love to see that setup.
