i am actually quite surprised at the scores this thing pulled off... vmod that sucka and see what she can do....
That 4830 pulled some fairly impressive scores. I'm with JamesBong420, voltmod that thing!
How much is this thing?
This would be a fun little dice card that could land in my secondary rig.
It's around $130 now, but should be $100 once the price-gouging ends.
Is this card backwards-compatible with PCI-e 1.0?
Very impressive..
Its core not code btw

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.

That's what I was wondering too... considering the HIS incident...
I started a thread about that here:

I just bought the same Powercolor card.
Stock speeds 575 gpu and 900 mem.
Over/C speeds 775 gpu and 950 mem, stable! 34% o/c on the GPU!
Temps around 35 idle at 35% fan and 60 o/c load with 100% fan.
The chips seem to be binned for one of two reasons. The first would be defective SIMDs and the other would be insufficient clocks. Mine, I suppose was defective SIMDs because it clocks GREAT.
Three questions for anyone who is running this card.
1) Does it support multi-monitors? I have two VGA lcd monitors and using one ati adapter it won't display anything. Will it work with one dvi monitor and one vga monitor simultaneously?
2) Squeeling? Under load it squeels a bit, which I understand is a byproduct of garbage coils. Does this mean its prone to failure?
3) Higher clocks! Has anyone improved their clocks with an aftermarket air cooler considering the temps at high fanspeed are already favorable?
Cheers,
Laptop
