Ok a couple of things.

First of all, I can 100% confirm, his name is not Sam but Sergey.

Second, about him being a cheater... if he's himself admitting it, so be it. However, I'd attribute this sudden statement to his "hormonal storms" since he is only 16 at the moment. And obviously what he has really wanted is to be banned here, and he has now reached his goal. The probable reason for this "wish" might be the seemingly fake Allendale/Conroe results he posted here:

with an E6400 when he refused to share the modded bios (which I believe he indeed has) whereas if he had done it, the community would have been able to validate his results. Being young and with "hot blood" this somehow insulted him and eventually his frustration led to the starting of this thread.

I've seen enough pictures of him actually benching to say that he is a somewhat crazy bencher and has used both DI as well as LN2 a ton of times although most of the time on borrowed hardware.

Kiwi can confirm what I'm saying... we're two of the top posters from Latvia in XS forums, and TaPaKaH was the third. Now TaPaKaH is banned by his own wish and I see that as a loss for everyone, and for him the most because he has chosen himself to be described as a cheater here and there is no way back from this status on XtremeSystems. And because of him being so young I doubt he fully realizes that, and that's what I find sad here.

I remember him killing a friends cpu, (p4 was it?) with dry ice so yes he probably did just post all that to get banned. I think the mods have been doing some talking lately and are having a bit of a crack down and maybe they said something in pm form or other that really got to him .

Although even I was suspicious about your 4mb e6400 after franc of cpu-z calling you out I still wouldn't want to see you leave you made some very good posts! Hopefully you'll have a chance to chill out and come back in future

I agree to what mrlobber said, he is a bit crazy clocker, he is known for destroying hardware lol but from all his actions it seems he really enjoys overclocking (and destroying? )

As for modded OS and custom bios I don't know details but he claims they are working great in SP and in braking fsb wall.

For example, here is a valid screenshot submitted by another member who as far as I know used to clock together with Tapakan:

Ok, Im from Latvia too, some time ago TaPaKaH asked me to valid one of his new records, now he reached 622FSB, so I will ask now is it real or fake?
