Kit-Tronics staff would like to show support for the great team with skill at nVENTIV who have just lost their income. Kit-Tronics would like to offer any support we can, including the possibility of employment with Kit-Tronics in the near future.
Kit-Tronics always believed lower prices would increase volume and make it a mainstream product. The only way this could have been done was to manufacture them in larger volumes, with lower labor costs. The reason Kit-Tronics has some of the lowest prices on these products was from the savings on shipping cost of moving larger volumes at a time.
Kit-Tronics is in the middle of an nVENTIV product launch in Japan with magazine reviews just out and sponsored events in Tokyo.
Kit-Tronics had placed an order just an hour before the announcement. As Kit-Tronics is one of the rare companies in this industry with cash on hand, if nVENTIV has any inventory in their warehouse, Kit-Tronics will be ready to purchase the entire stock, including the repair and test equipment to honor warranties of units already sold.
We must all think long term. nVENTIV's fall was a setback for all of us, including Asetek. Competition is healthy. Advertising the existence of CPU sub-zero cooling is easier done with two companies instead of just one. Looking forward, we can hope, and try to make the events of this week turn into something positive.
What does not kill you can only make you stronger.
