    Here we go

Can you read the part numbers of all the chips circled+numbered? There is nothing on the backside of interest.

Same as LM431 but from a 3rd party manufacturer

iuno - probably not voltage related
Now what you need to do is get your multimeter and measure the voltage across each of the large can-type capacitors and post them - just put the voltages on the pic. If there aren't leads through the PCB then you have to get up close and personal on the other side. There are usually two solder pads that you can put probes on.

Do you mean the 2 black capacitors near the GPU?

Apologies for not replying in a while.

Chips 2 and 5 are the ones you need to mod. Both are SO-8 packaged LM431s, even though they are made by different manufacturers they should still have the same pinouts.

    Modding these should be easy.

    http://www.national.com/ds.cgi/LM/LM431.pdf

First, check that the reference pins on both are ~1.25V. Then with the card off, measure the resistance from the ref pin to the EDIT: ANODE! pin. It should be a steady value less than 1k ohms.

To mod it connect a multiturn 10K or so pot between pins 8 and 2/3.

Chip 5 controls the VGPU (due to the many caps around the MOSFET) and chip 2 probably controls the DDR voltage, but I don't know about VDDQ. It may just be powered from the 3.3V line.

I would hold off modding chip 5, do 2 first and see if the core speed increases.

I hope you still wanna help me .....

I measured the voltages and the resistance of both chips:

    No 5: 2.50 V and 0.097 kOhms.
    No 2: 2.50 V and 1.074 kOhms.

I measured between pin 8 and 2 or 3 .. always the same values.

So i need to connect the 10k multiturn between pins 8 and 2 or 8 and 3??? Or between 8 and 2 and 3???

Which pins you used? 8 and 2 or 8 and 3, or both of them?

I have mod chip 2, the card start but I don't know were the monitoring point is, one of the caps? If the mod dosen't work I probably ingrease the 3.3v rail and see if that help. Or mod chip 5.

    Sorry for my english
